About Me

Biography

My journey into technology didn’t begin with a straight line — it began with curiosity, and a lot of detours.

When I was 10 or 12 years old, I had a blog on Blogspot. I wrote and designed it myself. To make it look the way I wanted, I started learning basic CSS. I didn’t know it then, but that was my first step into the world I would later choose.

Before studying Computer Programming at Anadolu University, I studied Art History, Radio & TV, and Media and Communication. Life got in the way each time and I couldn’t finish. But every experience taught me something. I found my direction not by knowing what I loved, but by slowly learning what I didn’t.

My path into software testing started with a mentor. While I was learning frontend development, my mentor — who was a tester — showed me that quality is not just one step in a process. It is a way of thinking that applies to everything. I loved this idea and decided to focus on testing. Today I work with manual testing, I know the ISTQB Foundation Level content well, and I am preparing for the exam. I also write basic automation tests using Selenium with Java, and I am currently learning Appium for mobile testing. I am also interested in backend and mobile development. I believe that understanding how something is built helps you find where it breaks.

Outside of technology, I move between different worlds. I love fashion and I express it through illustration — especially fashion sketches. I practice yoga and meditation. I read about mindfulness and psychology because I find people just as interesting as systems.

I am someone who is building herself — thoughtfully, intentionally, one step at a time.
